Is it just me, or does he remind anyone else of Martin Creiff?

Aaron Crieff was often in the shadow of his bigger brothers, being the youngest one of the family always had its problems for the wide eyed little ginger boy. He managed to find a friend in Martin, their other siblings shutting them out as the two of them would drift off into their own lands, Martin pretending to be an aeroplane, Aaron pretending to be a police car, both making the appropriate noises until their father would throw something in their direction with a yell.
As they grew up, they were still inseparable, all the way through school, Martin was going to be the pilot, Aaron the police officer. Aaron took seven attempts to get into the force, but when he did he was the happiest Crieff on the planet, especially as Martin got his pilots licence on the same day. They call each other often, reminding each other of their early days and it’s that, those short 3am phone calls that keeps the light in little Aaron’s eyes, even when he’s at crime scenes, he remembers back to when he was six and pretending to be a police car. He’s finally made it.
